Mr. Yixuan Qin is an experienced trademark attorney and lawyer with clients all over the world, and is a partner of the firm. He has been practicing since 2000 and worked for a well-known intellectual property company as a trademark and copyright counsel until 2008 when he started his practice limited to trademark law and copyright law.

Prior to founding Yuefan, Mr. Qin worked as a Trademark Examiner at the Trademark Office of National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC.

He focuses on trademark review, opposition, invalidation and cancellation, trademark infringement litigation, and etc.

Mr. Qin primarily represents universities, government bodies, domestic and international companies, ranging from privately owned to publicly listed companies. Regardless of the size of the case, he gives personalized service to all of his clients.
