Since 2005, Ms. Jiang has been engaged in the intellectual property industry and has handled a large number of trademark-related cases, including: trademark search, trademark registration, opposition, review, improper cancellation, dispute, trademark license, transfer of trademark rights and legal consultation services related to other trademarks, etc., has a wealth of experience in the field of trademark legal affairs. And she also has abundant experience in copyright registration, customs recordal, etc.

Ms. Jiang also represented a large number of domestic clients who applied trademark registration abroad, and has maintained close contact with many foreign intellectual property firms. She is familiar with the procedures and regulations for the international registration of Madrid Trademarks and has handled a large number of international trademark registrations for domestic and foreign clients.
