Professional Experience

Ms. Chunyan yao graduated from University of Science & Technology Beijing with a bachelor’s degree in 2010. After graduation, Ms. Yao worked in a well-known intellectual property law firm in Beijing, responsible for the work of trademark department. Her trademark practice covers all aspects of trademark, including trademark inquiry, trademark registration, renewal, transfer, change, license, trademark review, opposition, invalidation and accumulated rich experience in trademark practice.

Besides, Ms. yao has plentiful experience in non-litigation businesses and protection regarding copyright and customs.

In 2015, Ms. Yao joined Yuefan as an agent to handle various trademark affairs and provide trademark business consulting and services for many domestic and foreign enterprises. She was recognized by clients and colleagues with her careful and meticulous work attitude.
